(2020) Opening more than just doors, Home Redevelopment Solutions, LLC has done it again, bringing to the Indy rental market not one but two remodeled 2-Bedroom / 1-bathroom contemporary apartments. Formerly the home of an Indy family who opened a wall and made their home in both sides of this duplex, Home Redevelopment Solutions was brought

in December of 2019 and started work early in 2020 painstakingly restoring every inch of this timeless structure. Proving cost-conscious design elegance as we salvaged the old woodwork and trim while infusing affordably smart updated finishes,  Quality homes for market rate rent as our primary focus, The Conwell delivered one of our most successful development projects to date.

Sandwiched between popular Broad Ripple and downtown Indianapolis is The Conwell, a statuesque duplex HRS had the pleasure to Renovate-Rent-&-Manage. Once used a a single-family home, we were hired by a private owner to restore both duplexes from top-to-bottom then leasing for market-rate rents.
