From old to new is our specialty. "The Roost" is one of our premier top-to-bottom renovations completed Summer 2023. Thanks to the referral of our partners at Signal Electric, we had the distinct honor to restore this beautiful co-op, located on historic U.S. 40, in the heart of the Indy's eastside Irvington community.

Transforming the bricks-n-sticks of this once beautiful co-op that had fallen into disrepair meant sculpting a new vision for the future. From the attic to the basement, no stone was left unturned when it came to elements of design, color, texture, form and functionality as we restored the home into a soft place to land for future generations.

From plumbing and electrical to basement painting and drywall, this comprehensive restoration brings the 108-year-old bones of this Irvington (IN.) co-op back to life. One of the most rewarding developments since our 2016 start, watch as HRS transforms the bricks and sticks of this once decaying structure into a warm and inviting nest ready to showcase the Craftsman-era furnishings, art, décor and lighting of its soon-to-be new resident.
